The opportunity to make money on the internet has never been better than it is now because the internet has never had more people using it than right now. If growth continues as it is predicted to, that statement will ALWAYS ring true.

One way to make money using google is with an existing business and website you already own. If you have a business with a website, then achieving high rankings in google search results can dramatically increase your bottom line and profit. In order to do this, you have two main options:

1.Make sure your website is search engine optimized-This is a process by which your website will include content and be designed in such a way that when folks are searching for what your website offers via google, your website will rank near the top of the search results. This is an in depth process but if you take the time to learn the techniques of search engine optimization, or SEO, you can dramatically increase the amount of traffic your website gets on a regular basis.

2.You can BUY your way to the top of the search engine results using a google advertising program called Google AdWords. This program will allow you to bid on certain keywords so that when folks enter those keywords in the google search engine, your ad will show up. The higher you bid, the higher your ad will show in the search engine results. These ads show either at the very TOP of the listings (for the highest bidders) or on the right side of the page results.
